Before deciding to see a practitioner here's a video of our founder John Velthiem giving a short lecture about how "Cortices" works and a demonstration.
Try the cortices technique with a friend. If you don't feel any different start taking deep breaths as you tap. If you have an ache or pain hold the spot, take deep breath, do the Cortices technique and after you are finished hold the spot again.
For example, if your right knee is sore, put your hand on it. Take a breath, then do Cortices and after you are finished put your hand on your right knee again.
