Surviving Transition
Here are some of the tips and tricks to get through a transition. Enjoy!
1) Making
the decision to take a step forward was the toughest part. You’ve
made it through the worst. Whatever comes next is significantly
easier, even though most of the time it doesn’t feel like it!

Tarot the card representing great change is Death. Grieve the
passing of your old life and move on. Express yourself creatively
to foster a new life. Know in your heart you made the right choices for you at that time.
3) Develop
a support system. Share your hobbies. Take a class in
something that you’ve always wanted to do. Join groups or clubs. Social
media sites such as Meetup.com and Facebook.com can help you meet
people or join an online forum. Call a friend or a family member.
4) Ground yourself in your
community. Go to farmer’s markets, local events and attractions. Seek
out the areas of independent boutiques and restaurants. They give
you a flavor for the city. Explore your neighborhood on foot
or by bike. The change in perspective can inspire. Visit the
local parks
5) Seek help. You’ve been through a lot and if
you feel like you can’t make through find someone who can address
your concerns or add perspective. A priest or a
friend might be all you need. Energetic healing modalities, such as
Body Talk, can pinpoint specific concerns your body is dealing with
on a subconscious level. Releasing some of this energy and
balancing the body keeps it healthy.Traditional doctors may refer you to a counselor or write up a prescription.
Depending on how you feel, this might be the route you take.

some exercise! Exercise is a great way to release tension and
emotions. Know your limits! It’s easy to hurt yourself if you’re not
careful.You’ll feel and look great

a great haircut, massage, manicure or pedicure whatever makes you feel
special. Go out to dinner at a local restaurant

hot bath. Meditate. If you’re a novice take a class. Many cities
offer them for free or with a small donation Yoga ~ Learn the
art of the observer while releasing emotions. Read uplifting
spiritual literature

difference.Getting a handle on emotions can be significantly easier
if you focus on helping others. Everyone has something to
contribute to the conversation so post on a blog either your own or
one with topics near and dear to your heart. Volunteer with an
organization that reflects your beliefs. Give a seminar or class
either online or in person
